Feature Codes

The Feature Code module allows administrators to view and manage system-defined feature codes used to perform specific telephony functions directly from an IP phone or softphone.

Feature codes are short dial codes that provide quick access to commonly used system features such as call forwarding, voicemail access, call pickup, Do Not Disturb (DND), call parking, and other telephony services. These codes help users perform actions quickly without needing to access the web interface.

All feature codes are system-defined and typically cannot be deleted but can be enabled or disabled as needed
